If you experience significant, unresolvable technical issues within the first 7 days of your subscription, we will issue a full refund. This is why we heavily encourage users to utilise our free trial first.
Refunds are only granted for technical faults originating from our servers. We do not grant refunds for: internet connectivity issues on the user’s end, failure to configure an application correctly (despite our setup guides), or simply changing your mind after the 7-day period.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to clear depending on your banking institution.
